These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") govern the relationship between Boos96 (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operating the online gaming platform accessible at boos96.cam, and any individual who registers, accesses, or otherwise uses the services offered on that platform (hereinafter "you", "the User", or "the Member").

In order to register and maintain an Account on the Boos96 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of your membership:

The Company reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time, including during the registration process and prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. If you are subject to any legal restriction that would render this Agreement unenforceable, you are not eligible to register.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or resident of, any Prohibited Jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. The Company makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in your specific jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether registered under the same or different personal details, constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Personal Use: Your Account may only be used by you personally. You may not authorise or permit any other individual to use your Account, access your Account credentials, or place wagers on your behalf.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether imposed by yourself through the Boos96 platform tools or by any applicable regulatory body — at the time of registration or at any point during active Account use.

When completing the registration form on the Boos96 Platform, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and the Company accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access attributable to your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must immediately notify the Boos96 customer support team via Live Chat or email. The Company will investigate such reports and take appropriate remedial action, which may include temporarily suspending your Account pending investigation.

The Company reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason and without liability to the applicant. Registration does not create any contractual right to continued access to the Platform if the Company subsequently determines that eligibility criteria are not met.

Boos96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods approved for Malaysian users, including but not limited to: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and cryptocurrency transfers (BTC and USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits are credited to your Account balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) at the applicable exchange rate where currency conversion is required. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. The Company targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified accounts via DuitNow and FPX during standard operating hours, though processing times may vary depending on payment provider timelines and verification status.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to make a deposit into the Account, or to a verified bank account registered in the Member's name.
• The Company reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where account activity is flagged for review.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and will be displayed in your Account dashboard at the time of request.
• Bonus Balance that has not satisfied applicable wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal. Only Real Money Balance and winnings derived from fully completed wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, the Company may freeze withdrawal processing pending a full investigation without incurring liability to the Member.

Boos96 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, VIP tier benefits, and birthday bonuses. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the more specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum deposit, maximum bet per round during bonus wagering, and expiry period will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully completed.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, though any bonuses already credited and actively being wagered will be honoured under the original terms where practicable.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, systematic exploitation of promotional terms, or wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
• The Company reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has acted in bad faith with respect to any promotional offer.

All bets and wagers placed on the Boos96 Platform are governed by the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, as displayed within the Platform at the time of play. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

All slot games on the Boos96 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session or wager.

For live sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, and other markets — the Company reserves the right to void any bet if: the event is cancelled or significantly altered from its original format; the odds were offered in error due to a technical fault; or a market is suspended before the relevant event concludes in accordance with the stated settlement rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Boos96 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or any other form of financial fraud in connection with the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime as defined under applicable Malaysian and international law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, live dealer games, or any multi-player environment.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by the Company.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through the creation of multiple accounts, use of third-party payment methods not registered in the Member's name, or any other method designed to abuse the Company's promotional programmes.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing coordinated bets across multiple platforms or markets with the intent of guaranteeing a profit regardless of outcome, in a manner that exploits pricing discrepancies rather than genuine market opinion.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access for any underage individual.

All content on the Boos96 Platform, including but not limited to graphics, logos, game designs, software, text, images, audio, and video materials, constitutes proprietary intellectual property of the Company or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of the Company.

The "Boos96" brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks in any commercial or promotional context is strictly prohibited.

The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for any particular purpose, or freedom from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of services.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Company's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice, including — but not limited to — instances where:

• The Member is found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with the Account.
• The Member fails to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe or provides fraudulent documentation.
• The Member is found to be located in or resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• The Member is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the Company to cease providing services to the Member.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse. The Company will provide a summary of findings to the Member where legally permissible.

Members who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the Boos96 customer support team via Live Chat. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the original payment source following successful KYC verification.
